Milam Plumbing did a great job at our house today! Very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The team of Andrew and Tyler answered all of my questions, cleaned up behind their work and were patient with all of the work that needed done. I would highly recommend them!

Great response on a late Friday problem. We will use this company for any plumbing issues in the future. Cory Bass was amazing. He was prompt in arriving, listened to our problems and thorough and quick to fix the pipe break. Absolutely enjoyed him and will ask for him every time. A great experience overall.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We were having crawlspace work done, that crew damaged pipes. Steven went above and beyond. He fixed the pipes and replaced the water heater. After he left that crew broke more pipes and left us with no toilets. I called Steven and he came back with Ashley and they stayed until they got us a toilet working. They are professional, pleasant and helpful. We have had great service from Milam in the past as well. Thank you Steven and Ashley!

Steven was very Professional in handling my difficult plumbing issues…..my interruptions with asking questions never appeared to bother him, he answered everything and explained what appeared to be the issue…I was very happy with this company and with their employee…. I am so impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the Milam Plumbing and their team of technicians. In December 2024, my mom’s main waterline broke and CFPUA had to shut off her water as a precaution. Milam quickly assessed the situation and scheduled the earliest available appointment. However, realizing that my mom would be without water over the weekend, their techs went above and beyond—coming back after their other calls to dig a trench and install a temporary line. Their outstanding customer service didn’t stop there. They even called to check on her, making sure she had water and was doing okay. That kind of genuine care for customers is rare, and it meant the world to us. Just yesterday, we called them again for help with a leaking kitchen sink, and once again, they provided quick, professional, and compassionate service—all at a reasonable price. I called at 6:30am with a water heater problem. By 8:30 a technician was there with a new water heater and the job was completed by 10:30am. I received a quick text in response to my original message followed a little later by a call and email responses letting me know the expected arrival time. The price was very reasonable for emergency service. I would highly recommend Milam Plumbing.

Milam was top notch from start to finish. Dan and his assistant replaced an old toilet with a new one, and did a great job. I will definitely use Milam again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
